Eiji Aonuma fue entrvistado por la revista oficial de Nintendo del Reino Unido, en tal entrevista el declara estar muy interesado en un remake de A Link to the Past pero en un ambiente en 3D, ademas de que tiene ya planes para hacer la proxima entrega de la serie...

Aquí les dejo una parte muy interesante de la entrvista:

Ocarina of Time was the first title I worked on, and I was continuously tackling challenges every day during its development, so I think this is the title I feel I impacted the most. I believe that experience made me what I am now. I always think about what we couldn’t do and what didn’t work well in the previous game when we start a new title, but there’s no game that I would want to actually change as such. I have to say though, the first Zelda game that I played and felt potential in was Link to the Past. I’m actually very interested in what it would be like if we remade that title as a 3D game.

Para los que no lo conocen, el es la verdadera cabeza detras de Zelda, su primer juego fue uno para Super Famicom y ese juego hizo que Miyamoto lo contratara como segundo director en Ocarina of Time, el comenzó a dirigir la serie y su primer juego fue el mismisimo Majora's Mask... despues siguió con Wind Waker, Twilight Princess y su ultimo juego fue Phantom Hourglass...
